To ensure Forever Wild pieces continued beauty please consider our following advice.
All Forever Wild jewellery is made from sterling silver or 9ct gold. The lustre of these metals can be affected by abrasion, tarnish or simple wear and tear.
Avoid harsh conditions and store carefully when not wearing. To maintain the lustre and appearance of your jewellery clean only with a soft polishing cloth. Take care when polishing oxidised surfaces (where the surface has been blackened for effect) as it can damage the detail.
Returns & Warranty
Our jewellery comes with a 12 month warranty against defect in materials or manufacture.
for any claim please return the product with proof of purchase to an approved Forever Wild stockist, or send us an email. Our obligation to repair or replace under warranty will not apply to any article which has been, in our opinion, subject to wear and tear. misuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence or accident.
